About this product

The T-H Marine HOT FOOT Universal Foot Throttle lets you control your boat's throttle with your foot while keeping both hands on the wheel. It returns the engine to idle when released and is compatible with outboard and inboard marine engines, including Mercury 175-300 Pro XS outboard motors.

  • Cast aluminum throttle with stainless steel hardware
  • Corrosion-resistant, lightweight construction
  • Non-sticking Teflon and nylon bearing surfaces with nylon and Teflon bushings at critical pivot points
  • Stainless steel spring returns the engine to idle when released
  • Toe clip for additional security in demanding operating conditions
  • Uses standard control cables; longer throttle cable is not included
  • Mounts directly to the boat floor with four screws; mounting screws are not included
  • Patented idle stop for FICHT and Optimax engines
  • Optional HFM-1-DP slide mount is available separately for comfort and multiple drivers
