The Uflex TM87 is a high-efficiency rack and pinion steering system designed as a universal replacement for standard and non-feedback rotary steering helms. This kit includes the G87 front-mount helm, TM87XLL high-efficiency cable, and X34 mounting bezel.
Key Features:
- Compatible with SSC134, SSC135, and SSC154 cables and SH91610P helm
- Features all stainless steel cable output ends and corrosion-resistant materials
- Standard 3/4 in. tapered shaft fits most steering wheels up to 16 in. (406 mm) diameter
- 3.7 in. cable stroke with 3.3 turns lock-to-lock
- 7.9 in. minimum cable bend radius
- Exceeds ISO 8848 and ABYC P17 safety standards
- X34 bezel fits existing bolt patterns to eliminate the need for additional drilling
Important Note: Do not use this steering system on boats with engines exceeding the boat's maximum horsepower rating. The steering wheel is not included.
