This Uflex TM87 rack and pinion steering system is a high-efficiency replacement designed for marine steering applications. It features corrosion-resistant construction with stainless steel cable output ends for reliable performance.
- Includes G87 front mount helm, TM87XLL high-efficiency cable, and X34 mounting bezel
- Compatible with SSC134, SSC135, and SSC154 cables and SH91610p helm
- Cable specifications: 3.7 in. stroke, 3.3 turns lock-to-lock, and 7.9 in. bend radius
- Standard 3/4 in. tapered shaft fits most steering wheels up to 16 in. diameter
- Mounting bezel X34 fits existing bolt patterns, allowing for installation without additional drilling
- Exceeds ISO 8848 and ABYC P17 safety standards
Note: This system should not be installed on boats with engines exceeding the maximum horsepower rating of the vessel. The steering wheel is not included.
