About this product
This Uflex single-lever, dual-action top mount control is designed for throttle and shift operation on boats with outboard, inboard, or I/O power plants. The unit features a black, high-resistance, chrome-plated ABS housing with die-cast chrome-plated levers and includes an integrated trim switch for efficient operation.
- Engine safety: Includes neutral lock to prevent accidental gear engagement unless the engine is idling.
- Warm-up mode: Push-in button allows for shift-disengaged engine warm-up.
- Trim control: Single switch operation for twin-engine installations.
- Optional safety: Compatible with X12 neutral safety switch to prevent in-gear starting; exceeds EN ISO 11547 standards when installed.
- Compatibility: Compatible with all Uflex control cables except C4.
Installation notes: The unit includes the K59 connection kit (40144C) for C2, C8, and MACHZero cables. Other cable types require additional kits: C14/MACH14 require no kit; C5, C16, and MACH5 require K60 (40145E); C36 and MACH36 require K62 (40157J); and C22 requires K61 (40146G).
