The Xantrex Automatic Generator Start (AGS) is a Xanbus-enabled device designed to automate generator operation for MS and RS inverter/charger systems. By monitoring battery levels and power loads, the AGS automatically triggers the generator to recharge depleted batteries or provide additional power during heavy load demands.
