The Xantrex Automatic Generator Start (AGS) is a Xanbus-enabled device designed to automate generator operation for MS and RS inverter/charger systems. By monitoring battery levels and power loads, the AGS automatically triggers the generator to recharge depleted batteries or provide additional power during heavy load demands.

  • Requires System Control Panel (SCP) for operation
  • Customizable activation triggers including low battery voltage, battery state of charge, thermostat operation, or inverter load size
  • Features programmable quiet time settings and built-in emergency shutdown
  • Compatible with Onan, Kohler, Westerbeke, Northern Lights, Generac, and Powertech generators
  • Meets UL458 Marine and RV standards
  • LED status indicators
