The Xantrex Freedom XC 1000 is a 12V DC to 120V AC true sine wave inverter/charger with a built-in transfer switch and 1000W continuous output. It supports recreational and commercial applications.

• 2000W surge rating: up to twice continuous power for 2 seconds for motor loads
• Hardwire AC and DC connections
• Built-in 30A AC transfer relay switches incoming shore or generator power to the load and automatically changes between inverter and charging modes
• Ignition control can switch the inverter on or off using a 12V DC signal
• 10–18V DC input range and programmable AC undervoltage shutdown from 85–110V AC
• Multi-stage, power-factor-corrected charging with a programmable three-stage, temperature-compensated charging algorithm for battery types up to 18V
• Additional charger features include battery equalization for flooded batteries, charging from 0V DC, and power sharing that reduces charge current to keep total input current below the breaker setting
