The Blue Sea Systems 7601 DC Mini ACR is an automatic charging relay designed to manage charging current for 12V DC systems, handling alternators up to 65 Amps commonly found on inboard and outboard engines. Its compact design supports both surface and panel mounting, while the included snap-on cover provides essential insulation for terminal connections.

Key Features:

  • 65A continuous rating; 115A intermittent rating (5 minutes).
  • Senses charging on two battery banks.
  • Integrated LED provides clear ACR status indication.
  • 1/4"-20 terminal studs with 5/8" stud length.
  • 1/4" x .032" male quick connect ground terminal.
  • Maximum cable size: 1/0 AWG.
  • Maximum torque: 75 in-lb (8.5 Nm).
  • Relay contact thresholds: Combines at 13.0V DC (30 sec.) or 13.6V DC (2 min.); Opens at 12.75V DC (30 sec.) or 12.35V DC (10 sec.).
  • Under voltage lockout: 9.5V DC; Open high voltage limit: 16.0V DC.
  • Operating current: 15mA (open) / 175mA (combine).
